Role
As the UI/UX designer, I was responsible for the entire design process, focusing on both the user and admin interfaces. This included creating wireframes, designing high-fidelity prototypes, and ensuring a smooth user journey across both the mentor and mentee sides of the platform. I also worked closely with the development team to ensure that all designs were properly implemented and optimized for a seamless experience. The admin panel design, with its 30+ screens, was crucial to ensuring the efficient management of the platform, making it easy for administrators to handle all aspects of the platform.

Objectives
The primary objective of this project was to create an intuitive, feature-rich platform that empowers mentors and mentees to engage in meaningful, structured learning experiences. The admin panel was specifically designed to manage user accounts, track sessions, and ensure smooth scheduling. The system needed to be scalable and user-friendly to support seamless interactions between mentors, mentees, and administrators, with efficient management of subscriptions and class scheduling.

Mentor-Mentee Connection:
The platform enables mentors to connect with up to two mentees at a time, facilitating personalized and focused learning sessions.
Class Scheduling:
Mentors and mentees can arrange classes across various platforms, with automated scheduling features that ensure convenient and timely sessions.
Subscription Model:
A monthly subscription system was integrated to ensure ongoing access to mentoring services, offering flexibility for both mentors and mentees.
Admin Panel:
A robust admin panel was designed to allow administrators to manage user accounts, track mentoring sessions, and oversee platform usage. The admin can also monitor subscriptions and other system activities to ensure smooth operations.
User Profiles and Dashboards:
The design includes user-friendly profiles and dashboards for both mentors and mentees, allowing them to view upcoming sessions, past interactions, and other relevant information.
